The following general terms and conditions apply for all contracts, consignments and other performances. Hereby we particularly contradict deviating regulations from the contractual partner. All subsidiary agreements require a written confirmation for our part.


Dear purchaser,

if you have chosen the prepayment as method of payment, you have three weeks of grace from the date of order. The goods are going to be sent after a receipt of money. We will cancel all orders that that have not been payed past the 21th day.

Point of conclusion of contract:

By clicking the button - Send order - you provide a mandatory order for the goods in your consumer basket. The confirmation for the receipt of order follows directly after sending the order. The purchase agreement is achieved by our confirmation of delivery or consignment of the goods.

Access to the text of treaty:

The text of contract will be stored. You can inspect the general terms anytime on this site. Your correct dtas of order are not available via Internet for reasons of safety.

Right of rescission:

You´re not bound to your order in the sense of § 13 BGB (german law only) as consumer anymore, if you repeal the receipt of the goods within a period of two weeks. The receipt has not to contain a reason. It can happen written (E-Mail suffices), or by remanding the goods at our own risk. For the keeping of a term the timely dispatch suffices to: DestinyStyle, Kokenhorststraße 22, 30938 Großburgwedel. Except hereof are purchases from a flea market. The purchase agreements which are done there, occur without an involvement from DestinyStyle. Only the purchaser and salesmen are contractual partner of the flea market article. Please stamp the package adequate for avoiding postage due. If you can afford back the received performance entire, partially not or in a deteriorates condition you have to accomplish compensation insofar if applicable. You can avoid this, when you submit the goods an inquiry merely, like it would be possible in a store/shop and send it back without signs of usgae and in the original box. Barred from return are goods which have been manurfactured in specification for customers or which are tailored clearly for a personal requirement. Also barred from return are goods which are not suitable for it because of their nature or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date will be exceed, audio- or videorecords, CDs or software, if the delivered mediums have been unseals by you, newspapers, magazines, and illustrated reviews.

Consequences of recall:

In the case of a effective recall the on both sides received performances have to be grant back and if necessary drawn usages (e. g. advantage of use) have to be issued. If you can afford back the received performance entire, partially not or in a deteriorates condition you have to accomplish compensation. insofar if applicable. This does not apply if the deterioration is able restore solely like it would be possible in a store/shop. Apart from that you can avoid this if you do not take the goods in use like an owner and forbone everything that could affect the worth of goods. Attention: Goods that are able to send back per package have to be send back. You have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered matter corresponds the ordered one and if the price of this matter does not exceed an amount of 40 €, and also if you did not render a consideration or a contractual stipulated instalment at the moment of recall when the worth of goods is higher. Otherwise the return is free of charge for you.

Warranty:

The guarantee occurs after the legal regulations and in case of a lack of the product we first deliver subsequently or improve. If the amendment fails or if the new delivered product is also defected, you can return the product against the refund of the purchase price or keep the product and abate the costs. Please take the information about possible manufacturer warranties from the product documentation.

Consignment and payment:

The delivery will be effected at short notice or within 30 days at the latest. If an article should not be available, we will inform you. Please take the information about the minimum order quantity from the packing unit within the product description. Smaller quantities than stated are not possible. With the dispatch,  the delivery to the parcel service, carrier, etc., the danger is at the the principal. Should additional costs be incurred because the debiting failed as the result of the wrong specify of a bank account, they are payable by the customer.

For the delivery into Switzerland, customs dues will be invoiced in addition. They have to be invoiced from the customs separately and we unfortunately can't refer these costs.

Title retention:

The goods remain the property of the principal until they have been fully paid for.

Privary policy:

We use your stock data exclusively for processing your order. All customer will be in compliance with relevant regulations of the Federal Privacy Act (FPA) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDPA) stored and processed by us. You always have a right to free information, correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data. Please contact directly to us and send us your request by mail or fax. We will not share your personal data including your home address and e-mail address without your explicit and revocable at any time consent to third parties. Excluded from this are our service partners, the order processing to the transmission of data required (e.g. with the shipping company responsible for delivery and payment processing with the responsible institution). In these cases, the volume of data transmitted only to the necessary minimum. Venue:

Place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of the contractor. It is only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Salvatorious clause:

By any invalidity of one or more provisions of the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
